The Board of Directors estimates the entire project to cost around $1.6 million. This is an ESTIMATE ONLY, and is based on current preliminary bids. Actual costs will be disclosed when they become available.
The complete Scope of Work includes:
- Concrete and stucco repair on buildings A and C.
- Installation of movement control joints on elevated walkways on buildings A and C.
- Removal and replacement of walkway railing systems on buildings A and C.
- Installation of waterproofing and other protection systems at buildings A and C elevated, non-enclosed balconies and walkways.
- Removal and replacement of sealants on buildings A, B, and C.
- Repair and reinstallation of mansard roof soffits on buildings A and C.
- Painting and weatherproofing of the exterior of buildings A, B, and C.
- Elevator modernization of buildings A, B, & C.
Repayment Terms. Homeowners will be have two re-payment options:
- Long term financing: For example*, if the loan amount is $1.6 million divided by 149 units over 120 months (or 10 years) the monthly payment would be $90.
- One lump sum: A one time payment in full.
