Board Report / Summer 2024

BOARD OF DIRECTORS UPDATE

Landscaping Updates
Board Member and Landscape Sponsor Paul Moore is working with Property Manager Jason Hoffman to receive bids from three local landscape companies for the freshening up of the entry planter beneath the Kings Park sign. A big thank you to our volunteer gardeners for clearing away the old growth and preparing the way for new plantings!

To maintain consistency across the property and continue to make planned improvements to our beautiful gardens, the Board would like to remind all owners and residents that no plants can be added or removed from the property without approval of Property Management and the Board. If you would like to add or remove plants, please contact Jason at 954-473-4733 ext. 7562 or by email jhoffman@allpropsys.net.

Cleaning Services
Board Member Mindy Lang has been working with Franck and Jason to interview three janitorial services to provide weekly cleaning services to the property. We plan to have these services starting in August and look forward to getting our property back to a cleaner and more presentable standard.

Restroom Freshen Up
Board members have created a list of updates to the Women’s and Men’s public restrooms and are working with Franck and Jason to freshen up the space to provide a clean and comfortable environment. Changes will be taking place throughout the next month.

Pool Area Etiquette Reminder
As the weather warms up, we are seeing increased activity at our community pool. While we encourage everyone to enjoy this amenity, we must also ensure that all residents can do so in a safe and peaceful environment.

Please be mindful of Rule 18, which prohibits running, jumping, and excessive noise in the pool area. Violations of these rules disrupt the enjoyment of all residents, especially those residing nearby. Residents must always accompany their guests.

We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines and reminding guests of the rules. Let’s work together to maintain a harmonious atmosphere at our pool.

Thank You
Your support and engagement are crucial as we strive to make positive contributions
to our community. We value your input and encourage you to reach out with any questions or suggestions.

Thank you once again for your trust in us. We will continue working together to enhance the quality of life in Kings Park.
