The usage of the community room located in the breeze way of the B Building (a.k.a “The Kings’ Room”) is for the sole usage of residents and their guests. Hours of access are from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Library
Please return the books borrowed from the library to their shelf. You may contribute to our library by donating all books (in good condition) that you may want to discard.
Kitchen:
Do not store any food or beverages in the refrigerator overnight. Our staff may discard any items left in the fridge more than 24 hours. Kitchen may only be used while the room is being used for a function for which a deposit as been made (see below).
Private Functions
If you wish to use this community room for private functions or gatherings when regularly scheduled activities such as Bingo or card games are not held, please obtain a Reservation Form preferably 14 days in advance from the Property Manager.
A refundable security deposit of $150.00 by check or money order made to Kings Park Condominium and sent with the application to the Property Manager will be required and refunded once it is assessed that there has been no damage and keys have been returned (if applicable).
Residents using the Community room for their private functions are accountable for the integrity of the property entrusted to them. They are also responsible for cleaning up, removing all garbage and locking the room after usage.
