Community Room Access & Hours
The Community Room, located in the breezeway of Building B is reserved exclusively for residents and their guests. For the safety and well-being of all residents, minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 or older while using the Community Room.
Hours of operation: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Library Use
Residents are kindly asked to return borrowed books to their proper shelves.
Kitchen Use & Food Storage Policy
- Food and beverages may not be stored in the refrigerator overnight.
- Any items left in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours may be discarded by staff.
- The kitchen may only be used during approved functions for which a deposit has been submitted (see below).
Private Event Reservations
Residents who wish to reserve the community room for private events (when no scheduled Association activities are taking place) must complete a Reservation Form.
Forms should be requested from the Property Manager at least 14 days in advance and a refundable security deposit of $150.00 (check or money order payable to Kings Park Condominium Association) must be submitted with the application.
The deposit will be refunded after inspection confirms there is no damage to the property and any borrowed equipment has been returned.
Resident Responsibilities After Use
Residents reserving the community room are responsible for:
- Maintaining the condition of the property
- Cleaning the space after use
- Removing all trash
- Ensuring the room is properly secured upon departure
