Fire Safety and Prevention Notice
At Kings Park, fire safety and prevention are of the utmost importance. Long-time residents of Building B can attest to how devastating a major fire can be— causing not only significant property damage but also lasting personal loss. We ask all residents to respect, follow, and actively support all fire prevention rules.
Fire Detectors and Alarm Systems
Fire detection and alarm systems must never be tampered with, altered, or compromised in any way. They must be maintained in proper working condition at all times.
Buildings A and C
The fire alarm system is primarily located outside of private units. The Association is responsible for maintaining these systems and ensuring their proper operation.
Building B
The fire alarm system includes detectors and sprinkler components located inside individual units. These devices must not be altered, removed, relocated, painted, or obstructed under any circumstances.
If any work or remodeling is planned in areas where these devices are installed, residents must contact Advance Fire in advance and submit a formal Architectural Modification Request to the Board for approval.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hallways, stairwells, and breezeways of Building B.
Important Reminder
Fire safety is a shared responsibility. Your cooperation is essential in helping protect lives, homes, and the entire community.
