Plumbing
If you experience any plumbing problems such as back flows, clogged pipes or water pressure problems, you must call a plumber to identify and correct the problem and preferably also advise the property manager of your issue.
The plumber will determine whether the problem is of a private nature or if it involves common elements and will in turn advise the property manager accordingly.
You may call any licensed plumber you wish. Kings Park will only assume costs related to common elements as determined by the professional.
Residents are however advised to use caution with sinks and toilets. No other items than toilet paper and human waste should be flushed down the toilet; and kitchen sinks are vulnerable to clogging when the food waste disposer is not used properly. Drain should be maintained and flushed regularly with warm soapy water, vinegar and baking soda to insure proper drainage.
