Patios and Terraces

Patios and terraces must remain uniform in color and aspect. Only outdoor furniture, potted plants and discreet decorations are allowed. No storage of household articles, equipment, bicycles or supplies are allowed. No cooking is allowed on patios and terraces.

No carpeting is allowed on patios and terraces (except doormats) in order to avoid spalling of the concrete slab when moisture is retained after heavy rain. To that effect, all tiling on patios and terraces must be properly sealed.

Any modification to the aspect of the patios and terraces, windows, doors and in general the exterior aspect of a unit requires proper authorization from The Board of Directors. To that effect, an Architectural Modification Request  must be filed with all the information required as to the scope and nature of the project. Permit – if necessary – must been obtained from the City prior to start any work.
